We first met Andrew over the phone, a few months before we actually met him in person. We discussed at length the type of homes we were considering, all of the features we wanted and of course, our budget. Looking at homes long distance can be quite difficult, but Andrew made it very easy. Using his online portal, we were able to look, review and cull down the list. When we had a number of homes of interest, we made arrangements to meet and view the homes that we selected. Since Andrew knew what we were looking for, he added a few more homes to our initial list for consideration, scheduled all of the appointments and away we went. He wanted to be sure that we saw everything that was available so we could make an informed decision. We must have looked at over 15 properties during our long weekend – and by the end of the weekend, we made an offer and it was accepted.
