I specialize in helping active duty and recently separated military buyers relocate to Lakewood Ranch through new construction home purchases using VA financing.

These transactions often involve strict timelines, remote decision-making, and coordination with builders, lenders, and moving parts that can delay a closing if not managed correctly. My role is to control that process, reduce friction, and keep the transaction moving.

I have been in real estate since 2014 and work primarily in Sarasota and Manatee counties, with a focus on Lakewood Ranch and surrounding master-planned communities where new construction is the primary inventory.

My work is not built around broad, general real estate service. It is built around one specific problem: helping military relocation buyers secure the right new construction home in Lakewood Ranch without losing time, leverage, or control during the process.

These numbers come straight from Stellar MLS and cover only my own closed sales. I work with buyers and sellers using VA, FHA, conventional and cash financing, from Tampa to Fort Myers.

In 2025, my single-family listings in Sarasota and Manatee counties went under contract in a median of 41 days, vs. 57 days (Sarasota County) and 58 days (Manatee County) for single-family homes overall.
