I specialize in helping active duty and recently separated military buyers relocate to Lakewood Ranch through new construction home purchases using VA financing.

These transactions often involve strict timelines, remote decision-making, and coordination with builders, lenders, and moving parts that can delay a closing if not managed correctly. My role is to control that process, reduce friction, and keep the transaction moving.

I have been in real estate since 2014 and work primarily in Sarasota and Manatee counties, with a focus on Lakewood Ranch and surrounding master-planned communities where new construction is the primary inventory.
